Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be in writing and
received no later than Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Refunds will
not be issued for requests made after this date. Cancellations
received by Tuesday, September 6, 2011 will receive a refund, less a
$100 administrative fee. If you would like to transfer your
registration to a colleague for no charge, please contact Beth
